Should You Do Cardio While Bulking?

We all know the havoc that this virus can cause to your body. The primary function of the heart and blood vessels is to transport oxygen, nutrients, and byproducts of metabolism. So the stronger we can build the system, the stronger our lungs and overall health will be to combat any outside viruses that try to attack the body.

Instead, a mixture of low and high intensity cardio through the week alongside your bulk will help minimise body fat. Just to add some nuance to that, though, if you’re doing some easy steady-state cardio before having breakfast, it’s not the end of the world. Not all skinny guys have trouble eating enough calories to gain weight. And a small decline in performance won’t cancel out the benefits of doing the cardio.
